A few months ago, I purchased my car from another dealer and was under a lot of pressure causing me to make a fast decision without thinking things through. The experience I had with Brianna was the complete opposite. You can tell that she was genuine and eager to help, her top priority was customer satisfaction. She made sure that I was aware of all my options and knew every little detail there was possible to know. She was extremely patient, trustworthy, kind and determined to help me make the best decision for my future. I dropped off my car for some issues on vibrating steering wheel when braking on high speed. They fixed it with replacing the rotors, the brake pads and flushed the brake, and an oil change. The car I bought from them as CPO and has only 33,000 miles on it. The multipoint inspection is included but when I got back the car I notified the advisor that look like the multipoint inspection was not performed. I said this because I noticed the tires were not inflated to proper pressure. 33, 36, 36, 33 are the pressures as indicated. I haven’t check if they top off all the fluids. Total bill is a shy off $1,000. I got a loaner car, they fixed the problem, got it back on the same day, a bit pricey repair, nice staffs, missed the goal of proper multipoint inspection so I’ll give this visit a 4 star. More
