I have deal with dealers in past and I couldn’t find honest dealer or sales person. My plan was not to buy a MDX, I went to see I had a BMW X5 and I traded. People likes different car different model. Buying a car from dealers it is so difficult but Acura of Westchester (Daniel) made it so easy. Very honest dealer I didn’t have to pay for any unnecessary stuff. Financing was easy too no extra fees. Daniel made my experience very comfortable, convenient. More

Great Experience I owned a 2005 Acura TL and I loved that car so much I didn't think I was ready to let go... On 1/30/16, my 2005 my car was towed in after I was stran I owned a 2005 Acura TL and I loved that car so much I didn't think I was ready to let go... On 1/30/16, my 2005 my car was towed in after I was stranded in the middle of the road - driving my daughter to school for a weekend activity. When I arrive at the dealership my heart told me it was time to let go. When I met Jose, he could tell I was nervous and very apprehensive about replacing my car. I was really worried about having a new payment since my daughter is starting college this Fall. Jose, was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. In the end I decided to go for it and purchase a 2015 TLX which I know I will love as much as my loved my 2005 TL. Jose's knowledge of the different models and dealer inventory was amazing! I had a ton of questions and concerns and he addressed them all with such professionalism and patience. I was able to trade in my 2005 TL for a fair value. I will definitely recommend Jose and this dealership to anyone I know who is in the market for an Acura! In my opinion this is the BEST Acura dealer in Westchester. More

I came in for regular service on my vehicle, and I had an appointment with a different service consultant, but she was not in yet. So, Beth offered to help right away. There was a mistake with my account, for some reason my vehicle was showing under a different name. She did not want to delay my commute to work, so he got me a loaner and offered to fix my account and follow with me. She called me at work to let me know that my account had been fixed and to follow up on my vehicle findings. When I arrived at the service center to pick up my vehicle, again she greeted me with the outmost friendliness. All my car needed was perfectly done. My only concerned was the washing of the car, I think that the car wash was not up to an Acura. Overall, Beth did a great job. I finally found a service consultant that I know I can fully rely on with my vehicle. More
