He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product. My time is something that I value incredibly and I was glad that he did not waste it. From my previous experiences of buying cars, I dreaded buying another one, knowing that it would take half a day for someone to convince me that the price is right and a whole lot of bargaining, plus, the paperwork process. This time I was greatly surprised because Mr. Belov presented me with several options for my budget, had me do a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in no time and completed all the necessary paperwork accurately and fast. He was also there when I came in to pick up the vehicle once it was certified and ready, which I thought was a nice personal touch. More

Great experience Since we had new additional member in our family, our SUV (Mercedes GLK 350) was a little too small for family of 5. I was on my way to Infinity dealership from Mercedes dealership and decided to stop by at Acura in Larchmont. I read good reviews about Acura MDX but it was my second choice after Infinity and Mercedes was third choice (price related). The service (valet parking), people friendliness, dealership location was very good and after driver test I was seriously considering to buy the car should the price is right for my budget. After a few negotiations with Vincent and his manager, we agreed on the price, paper was signed within an hour and I picked my car in a few days. The car has been pleasure to ride by me and my wife. I am keeping in touch with Vincent and ask him a lot of questions about car's features. Prompt replies, quality and honest answers.
