Adams Jeep was the 7th dealership I visited, and it was the last. Once I walked in I felt welcome, and not rushed. I told Keith what I wanted and he did everything in his power to make it happen. My first visit was Wednesday, and I told Keith that if the Jeep I wanted was still available Friday when I got off work, then I'd be buying it. Thursday, a customer came into the store to buy the Jeep I had picked out, but Keith steered him in the direction of another one! Come Friday my Jeep was still available, and I took it home that night! I could not have been any more happy with Adams Jeep! If my next car happens to be another Jeep, I'm getting it from Adams Jeep of Maryland! Boom! More

She was so friendly and so professional and really just makes you feel at home and comfortable when you walk in the door. Although I was dealing with Jessica all other sales and sales managers I encountered during my visit were very friendly as well. I can't say enough about how great this place is!! I look forward to doing more purchases at this location in the future! Thank you so much! More

I live in Glen Burnie, literally, right down the street from Tate Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep, but still decided to make the drive up I-95 to Aberdeen to meet with the guys at Adams instead. Nothing against Tate at all, but I've always been drawn towards Adams Jeep because of their "custom" inventory of lifted/modified Jeeps. My Adams experience started when I went online to find out the trade-in value of my 2006 Wrangler, and received an email back from Rich Norman at Adams stating he was interested in talking more about my Jeep, and what I was looking to buy. Rich was very courteous and willing to answer any/all questions I had about trading in my Jeep in order to purchase a new one, so I ended up taking the afternoon off of work to go up to Adams to check out their inventory. Once I got to the lot, I was able to peruse the inventory without being hounded by pushy salesmen, and could take my time trying to find a few vehicles that interested me. After about 20 minutes of looking around, I went inside and met with Rich, and we discussed the different models I had looked at outside. Minutes later, I was behind the wheel of a 2014 Ampd Unlimited Rubicon, the first vehicle that caught my eye. After the initial test drive, Rich and I ended up driving a 2014 Unlimited Altitude, as well as a lifted Unlimited Wrangler, and it just came down to deciding which one I liked the best. We went back inside and met with John Huth to go through some number breakdowns for the various models, but I kept thinking about the 2014 Black Unlimited Rubicon I saw on the lot earlier. I asked the guys about it, and they told me that it was actually a used model, but the first owner ended up trading it back in after only 200 miles because he was looking to get the Rubicon X model instead. So, after little convincing, Rich and I took back to the road to test drive the Black Rubicon, as that was now at the top of my list! We got back to the dealership, and I decided that was the model I was going to purchase. So, we sat back down with John and worked through the numbers for that model, and everything seemed pretty solid. But, I decided I wanted to take some time to think about the sale because I had a potential outside buyer for my 2006 Unlimited, and wanted to see if I'd be able to get a little more cash back for a straight-up sale instead of trading the Jeep in at Adams. The trade-in value that Adams gave me was very fair, though, so after about an hour of deliberation, I called the potential buyer and told them I was going to trade my Jeep in instead. I called Rich back to see if we could work on the numbers a little more, and if so, that I could come back to the dealership and make the deal that night (it was already about an hour from closing), and he said it was no problem! So, about another hour or so later, I had signed the paperwork to purchase a new/used, fully-loaded 2014 Rubicon, and was excited about my new purchase. Then, I slept on it, and woke up the next morning with a slight case of buyer's remorse...not because I was unhappy with anything Adams had done for me, as that couldn't be farther from the truth, but because I felt if I was going to spend that amount of money on a "new" car, I really wanted it to be brand new, and I wanted to be the first person to actually own it! Plus, Black Jeeps are everywhere, but you don't always see the Ampd-colored ones, so I decided I was going to reach out to Adams to see if there was any chance I could make a switch. So, I gave Rich a call the next morning to explain my quandary, and he spoke to John about me being able to "trade-in" the Black Rubicon I just signed paperwork for the night before for the brand new, never titled 2014 Ampd Rubicon. John called me back a few minutes later, and confirmed that it wouldn't be a problem to make the switch. Adams obviously had to go through all the paperwork again, which I did feel bad about, but they also stressed that they wanted me to be completely happy with my decision, and since I changed my mind about the Black Rubicon, they were more than happy to work with me to get the Ampd Rubicon in my possession instead! Since I never physically took possession of the Black Rubicon (never drove it off the lot), Adams agreed to quote my "trade-in value" for the Black Rubicon at the same sales price I signed off on the night before, and I still ended up paying the same initial down payment I agreed to for the Black Rubicon. Shortly thereafter, the paperwork was signed, and I was ready to take my (second) new Jeep home! Once the paperwork side of things was completed, Rich walked me through the various options on my new Jeep. The model I bought had a hard top already installed, so he also walked me through the soft top setup on another model on the lot. Rich was very willing to help through all aspects of my purchase(s), and even said he would be able to help anytime in the future with any questions I had regarding my new Jeep. The entire staff, in general, was very helpful, courteous, professional, and easy to work with, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new/used Jeep, as I'll definitely be a repeat customer myself. Thanks to Adams for all the work they put into getting me exactly what I wanted! More

Not only did Adams have an amazing inventory of new Jeeps, we had a wonderful experience with our salesman, Corey Giffing. We asked questions about many makes and models of Jeeps and Corey answered every one of them. Then we left the dealership. Corey followed up two days later, with a phone call, to see if we had thought of any additional questions for him. We went back a month later to find Corey and to purchase of brand new Rubicon! We were so excited and thrilled that he had given us the time we needed to make our decision. Corey was personable, professional and incredible patient during the entire experience. A wonderful representation of Adams Jeep! More
