We needed to work a two vehicle tra My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Tom Stiles, Wayne Huth and the folks from Adams Jeep of Aberdeen. We needed to work a two vehicle trade and keep our purchase within budget and both were achieved at Adams. The car buying process from any dealer is rather straightforward but it was the attention to detail provided at Adams that enriched out buying experience. Tom took alot of time going over the features of the Wrangler Unlimited, the do's and dont's of purchasing and upgrading and the little details that made falling in love with the Wrangler very easy. On one of our trades, I had an oval sticker from the Boston Marathon which I ran in 2009. Knowing those stickers, once applied, don't come off (at least not in one piece), I remarked to Tom how much the oval meant to me. Without missing a beat, Tom expertly removed the sticker with no visible sign of damage and applied it to the new Wrangler which adhered perfectly! This is the type of salesman and car dealer I will consistently come back to due these seemingly small reasons.... More

Jeep Wrangler Purchase from Adams Jeep I visited Adams Jeep on 28 June 2014 to test drive a Wrangler. I brought my daughter with me on my visit. Upon walking out to the new car lot, Jerry I visited Adams Jeep on 28 June 2014 to test drive a Wrangler. I brought my daughter with me on my visit. Upon walking out to the new car lot, Jerry Germack walked out to greet us. He asked what we were looking for in our jeep and I gave him my wish list. He took us to about 3 different Jeeps, and I found mine. We took it out for a test drive, and within a mile, I was sold. This vehicle was everything I was looking for. When we got back to the dealership, Mr. Germack, Mr. John Huth and the rest of the sales staff at Adams went overboard to make this the absolutely best buying experience I have ever had. They made sure that my daughter was comfortable the entire time with bringing her anything she wanted to drink, etc. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in, and negotiated the price on my new Jeep to make this a no brainer to buy from them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Jeep, without the hassle of dealing with big name dealerships where you are just a number. At Adams, I felt like I was the only person buying a vehicle that day (and I was not) and my daughter and I were given VIP treatment. I can promise I will be back to buy my next vehicle from Adams. Prior to visiting Adams Jeep, I had visited many other Jeep dealerships in the Philadelphia area, so I was braced for another long, unsatisfying experience resulting in no purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by what I experienced at Adams Jeep starting from the moment I walked up on the lot. The entire staff was genuine and friendly. Most important (aside from a good deal of course), was that they were respectful. No games. No pressure. My salesperson, Mark Chicknoski, was excellent. He was very patient with all of my questions and requests and took a genuine interest in making sure I found a Jeep I was happy with and really wanted. I highly recommend Mark.
