Service department assistance I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler in 2011, had the jeep for approx 3 months when I began to have issues with the Jeep dying from an unknown reason. The se I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler in 2011, had the jeep for approx 3 months when I began to have issues with the Jeep dying from an unknown reason. The services department manager John Loucks personally took my case over with trying to determine what the cause was. He even went as far as having a Chrysler engineer flown out to assist in this and had a loaner brought to my home because I wasn't able to get to them. Turns out it was the U-connect chip was malfunctioning.. Who know a $300 dollar part could make my life crazy for almost 4 months. Since then when I've come in for oil changes, tire rotations or just to see what new parts have come in I'm greeted by first name with a smile by him. I was just there Monday to have my new soft doors placed on my jeep, while there John Loucks assisted me without hesitation with switching the doors over. He even went as far as staying over 30 minutes after the shop area closed to help me. I would highly recommend Adams Jeep service department for all your jeep needs. I can say that I have been a repeat customer there either in sales or service for the past 5 years with no intentions of leaving. Thanks John for making my birthday great!!! More

I am familiar with the folks at Adams Jeep so I wasn't expecting any of this when I went to look at used cars yesterday, but the experience I got was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Keith Cook and he instantly took me onto the lot and showed me two cars that he felt fit my budget and goals. We took one for a test drive and he answered every question I had. Once we got back, he walked me into Steve Michael's office. Steve was extremely courteous, professional, and worked out a way to get us the car we liked within our budget. I was blown away by the professionalism, courtesy, and also how quick the process unfolded. I walked into Adams at 3:30pm. By 4:45pm, I was riding home in my new 2005 Buick Lacrosse. I would recommend anyone that's even considering possibly buying a car to head out to Adams Jeep. You absolutely won't be disappointed. Keith and Steve are two class people, models of professionalism. I will never buy a car again without consulting with Adams Jeep. More

Thomas Stiles went above and beyond! I recently opened an in-home daycare, so I needed to trade in for a larger vehicle. Thomas found me an absolutely AWESOME minivan -- let me just say I recently opened an in-home daycare, so I needed to trade in for a larger vehicle. Thomas found me an absolutely AWESOME minivan -- let me just say that I am generally not a minivan person, but this thing is everything I needed and so, SO much more. I had never even heard of some of the features it has! Not only did I get an even better vehicle than I had hoped for, but Thomas was able to get the price right where I needed it to be. He was super-friendly and very knowledgeable about the van, which I found impressive since minivans are not exactly a Jeep dealership's forte. I found out later that he had researched that particular vehicle extensively before I arrived, so he would be able to tell me everything I needed to know about it. Even though my car wasn't a Jeep or anything close to what the dealership usually sells, you would never have known it. I have never had such a pleasant car-buying experience before; I had been putting this trade off for a while actually, because I just didn't want to deal with the hassle that I have experienced in the past. Not here! I absolutely recommend Thomas Stiles to anyone thinking about a new/used car. More

The numbers we agreed on were firm and fair and the dealer didnt try to play games with the numbers. Overall I felt vary comfortable through the whole process. Keith was incredibly knowledgeable with the Jeep and the electronics inside and out. He took time to point out things I would not have thought to ask about. At no time did I feel pressured by sales tactics. Mike the finance guy was vary straight forward and honest. I have many bad experiences in the past with other dealers and dealing with the team at Adams Jeep was a nice change of pace. Couldn't be happier! So a big thank you to the guys at Adams Jeep. More

Great experience from beginning to end I was searching for a Jeep Wrangler Willys Wheeler with specific options. I emailed 10 dealers within a one hour radius stating exactly what I wanted I was searching for a Jeep Wrangler Willys Wheeler with specific options. I emailed 10 dealers within a one hour radius stating exactly what I wanted and that I didn't want to talk on the phone. A couple automatically eliminated themselves by calling, and the others insisted that I come in, even though they hadn't located the vehicle I wanted. I found one on Adam's Jeep website and emailed Keith with what I wanted to spend. We were able to agree on a price before ever picking up the phone. Very straight forward deal and it was great. I didn't want to be driving back and forth between the dealership because I live over an hour away. Once I had the check in hand, we were at the dealership less than an hour doing to paperwork before I drove away. Most of that time was Keith showing me how to take the top down and syncing my phone to the Bluetooth Uconnect system. Great experience and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep even if it means travelling. More
