Excellent Experience - if you want a Jeep go to Adams I saw the Jeep Rubicon X I wanted, sent an email late on Friday night. On Saturday morning I got a quick response by email and then followed up by ph I saw the Jeep Rubicon X I wanted, sent an email late on Friday night. On Saturday morning I got a quick response by email and then followed up by phone. Within an hour, I was all set. I got the vehicle I wanted at a very good price - I had been working with 4-5 other dealerships trying to find a Rubicon that I wanted at a fair price. Adams Jeep delivered. My wife and I drove up the hour it took to reach the dealership. We were greeted immediately and the Jeep was ready. We went on a quick test drive and while we were out our paperwork was prepared. We got back, signed the paperwork, and then got a quick overview of the features of the Rubicon before we left. It was a great experience. The other thing that I like about Adams is that Keith and Rich were both really knowledgeable. They only sell Jeeps and they do a lot of custom work. They know Jeeps. I love Adams and would recommend it to anyone who is on the market for a Jeep. More

Besides knowing I wanted a 4 door wrangler, Keith helped inform me and narrow my decision down with helpful on tips on the do's and don't of the Wrangler. Adam's Jeep had a very large selection of Wranglers and I think anyone looking for a Wrangler (or Jeep in general) could find what they want at Adam's. When we finally narrowed it down to one car, we agreed upon a price. While Keith seemed rushed (he had other customers), I think he did a fair job of taking time with me to finalize the deal and make sure I had everything I needed. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted and more. I heard good things about Adam's going into it, and I think they lived up to their expectation. The only think I would suggest next time is to pick a day when it is not as busy, and it may not be so rushed. But in the end I got what I wanted so I can't complain! More
