Eric greeted me he was observant and polite. I was bringing my truck in for simple maintenance . Called the service department to see if I could pick up early and he updated me on where they wer I was bringing my truck in for simple maintenance . Called the service department to see if I could pick up early and he updated me on where they were in the situation. Arrived early and he was bringing the keys to the cashier. Eric signed me out at the counter himself. Quite accommodating as the cashier was helping someone else. Thanks!!!! More

RJ provided an excellent service on the maintenance on my truck. He explained to me the situation with putting in a new oil panel in a matter that I could understand.
