Terrible business practice! ! Bought a car in cash, was told to pick it up after one week to give them time to detail the vehicle. After a week, we were told to pick up the car ! Bought a car in cash, was told to pick it up after one week to give them time to detail the vehicle. After a week, we were told to pick up the car Friday. Friday, we called to be sure we could get the car and were told it needs a new engine. They could not give me my money back. They told me I had to wait until Monday because they could not sign a check. So I am now without a car and without my money. I can't even look for a new car because my cash is being held hostage. On the off chance there would be an opening, my brother called about getting my Camaro an oil change and tire rotation. The dealership said it could do it that day at 3:30. Ashley was terrific as was Jimmy called about getting my Camaro an oil change and tire rotation. The dealership said it could do it that day at 3:30. Wonderful service. They didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't want to see. We found a car, did a test drive, qualified for a loan and signed paperwork and le They didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't want to see.
