He showed us the vehicles we were specifically interested in, didn't try to veer us towards other vehicles, and within 30 minutes, we had decided to go with Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook to make this important purchase. Ryan Sitter was our finance manager, and he was so wonderful. Explained everything on our new auto loan in detail, and answered any and all questions that we had. He looked for incentives for us, and helped us into a loan that fit us and our needs. We had his undivided attention the entire time we were in his office. I have purchased two vehicles now from here that have blown engines within ten years of purchase. I keep up with all scheduled maintenance on my vehicles and this is beyond ridiculous. My 2016 equinox ha blown engines within ten years of purchase. I keep up with all scheduled maintenance on my vehicles and this is beyond ridiculous. My 2016 equinox has been there for a week now because the engine that was replaced under warranty was "defective" so going on engine number three on a vehicle that has 82000 miles. Unacceptable. In the meantime I had to bring it back again because the engine control module wasn't updated when the engine was originally replaced. Well.. that work was done and now a week later the car is back there again because a brand new engine blown again. Feel like this is some kind of lemon issue going on and really just want to be done with this vehicle and dealership. I work for a huge hospital and depend on my vehicle to get me to work. I have been without it for a total of two weeks now without being offered anything whatsoever for my lost time or wages. Seeing now how they treat healthcare employees I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
