The first thing people want is honesty. When I go for an oil change and they check over the car, they show any problem ( that I then Google) and it seems necessary and reassonable. Very happy with that! More

John Everything that took place is in my review. I am very upset that I had to pay a $54 restocking fee on a $330 part. At time of order I was never told that part couldn’t be returned. The parts person I dealt with did not provide a lot of alternatives. Basically I found a shop that could do the entire repair for abut $240 less so I chose that path but they gave me a hassle returning the part
