Very helpful staff. They did their best to accommodate my needs. I had an emergency with my car that required me to bring my vehicle in to the dealership immediately. The earliest available appointment they needs. I had an emergency with my car that required me to bring my vehicle in to the dealership immediately. The earliest available appointment they had wasn’t until exactly a week after that day. I dropped it off, explained my situation, and the staff member called me by the end of the day stating that he squeezed my car in to get it checked that same day. This was so crucial for me as my Job requires me to drive around the city. As a father of 3 babies, I couldn’t afford to take any days off nor pay for a rental car, so this was incredible that they did this for me. I would recommend them to anyone for the awesome service. More

This is with carmax in general not any particular dealership. There new policy with their call center is a joke. Customers hate it, salespeople hate it.
