Half hearted When first going to the dealership, my friend and I were greeted immediately stepping through the doors. First we were pointed in the direction of the used car dealership just around the corner of the building, however John stepped in and took us to his desk to wait while he had the car brought to us (which was a nice gesture). Main reason for going to the dealership was simply to look at and talk about a car I had seen on auto trader (keeping in mind that I had repeatedly told John that I had the misfortune of filing for a bankruptcy just shy of a year ago and that I was not looking to do any financial talk as of year. I obviously did not want a negative inquiry to go on my credit report just yet unless I thought there was a chance for approval on the vehicle.). As soon as the car was ready to view, John had us looking at it. He was very knowledgeable when it came to that vehicle. We then went for the test drive, so far so good. Well next thing you know we are back at John's desk and he started asking me some questions, I then asked him why he needed to know this information and he responded by telling me it was to build a profile for when we run the credit. I then reminded him of the bankruptcy. Following he said he was switching screens and would have a few of the same questions as before. Assuming that he had listened to me and not ran my credit, John leaves us to "go get some papers", he then comes back with my credit report (which again I did not want run). We go over the document and this is where I am told that I in no way qualify for this vehicle. Bummer. A few days pass I notice that there have been a few more of the model car I had inquired about posted to auto trader, so I call the dealer ship and speak to a gentleman named Tom, who was helpful in making a deal on a vehicle that he said was identical (minus a few extra miles and the exterior color, neither of which concerned me). A few days pass, I get myself approved for a loan, go back and make the deal for the car. When I arrived at the dealership this time John was outside waiting for me, brought me immediately to his desk and started getting the car ready. Next thing I knew I was brought to Ryan's office to start all the paper work. Before I knew it I had signed the paper work and bought myself a new car. YAY!! ONLY, the most important step in car buying was skipped, before I had a chance to look at this other vehicle that we had talked about a deal on, I already owned it. Partially my fault, yes, however since, I am currently waiting for my appointment to see if the few inconsistencies between vehicles can be repaired. Still waiting to give full review. Over all, my experience hasnt been the greatest, how ever minus the few bumps in the road so to speak it was not the worst either. I think the biggest thing weighing my rating down is the communication on the dealerships part. I feel as though I was left in the dark about certain things. Other things I was made very aware of and they were clearly explained. More

Great Experience Did our homework on a used car, knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. Sat down with Alvi, told him what we wanted, he brought out the car, took it for a test drive. Worked out numbers and brought us over to Ryan Sitter. Ryan went thru all of the financial paperwork, took the time to explain everything to us and answer our question. Both Alvi and Ryan were great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the car a few days later. I came in and Spoke to Ryan Rehbock. He took a look at the problem, ran diagnostics and identified the problem, He didn't have any openings that day and I wasn't available the next day, he scheduled me for two days later and assured me the car was safe to drive. Came in two days later at the appointed time and was promptly taken care of, the car was fixed and I was out the door in 30 minutes with no charge. In the short time, while and since buying the car we have been treated with respect and courtesy. Overall, I would say this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. More
