Shopping for a car is not something that I looked forward to, you know the old story of the car salesman. From the beginning, via the internet, Jim Galbraith was supportive and welcoming. He turned me over to Joe Grahovec in used cars. Joe is an experienced salesman and knew right away what I was looking for, money to spend, and service that I needed in the future. Since, my husband has Alzheimers Disease, I am the sole decision maker, this is not fun. But Joe put me at ease, was funny, informative, and all around a very good salesman. I bought the Equinox and I feel that it was a very good decision. Everyone at Advantage Chevrolet has been overly helpful, I will have all of my service work done there as well as any other type of questions that I might have along the way. Joe was able to get us a great deal, along with Walter & work with us to get our payments where we wanted them to be for two brand new vehicles, as well as get us good money for our trade-ins! I always dread buying a car. The perception going in is that "I am going to get ripped off." Previous dealerships confirmed my fears. When I went online to Advantage Chevrolet's website I really liked bein that "I am going to get ripped off." Previous dealerships confirmed my fears. When I went online to Advantage Chevrolet's website I really liked being able to search for the car I was looking for and found their pricing to be very competitive. Jim Galbraith was very helpful without being pushy. Once at the dealership Byron Mendoza could not have been more helpful, knowledgable and friendly. My fears were fading. Everyone in the process was extremely courteous and professional. Byron introduced me to Doug Steen in the service department, and once again I was impressed with the interest he showed for my complete satisfaction, not only in buying the car but also with my experience after my purchase. I hope to have my new Cruze for many years to come, but will definitely come back to this dealership again the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
