Brought my vehicle in for noise, Advantage told me it was the front hubs. I had them replace them. Driving home I heard a clunking noise, brought it back and they told me it was the front stabilizer bar. - A the front hubs. I had them replace them. Scheduled an oil change for 7:00 am. Waited in line for about five minutes. Got checked in. Out in the waiting room. Hanging out I get an emergency call about a project that needed someone onsite with in the hour. So I go and check on my truck’s oil change. It hasn’t been brought back yet and it’s been checked in now for fifty minutes. I told them I would have to cancel and come back another day. They gave me the keys to my truck. As I was leaving, I noticed the car that checked in just before me was still sitting in the parking lot as well. There’s no telling how long that lady had to wait for an oil change!! I’m not sure if I will go back there for an oil change again. It’s one thing to be busy. But when you’re the second person to check in the morning and the person in front of you still doesn’t have her oil change. What’s the point of making appointments?? Who wants to leave there car there all day for an oil change?? The lack of service and respect for the customers with a 90.00 oil change is ridiculous!! More
