I was scheduled for service (oil change and tire rotation) on November 18 at 10:30 a.m. I arrived ahead of schedule and checked in. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the service department was running behind schedule, nor was I provided any updates regarding delays while I waited. At approximately 12:10 p.m., I returned to the service department to inquire about the status of my vehicle. I was told I would need to wait a few minutes for the service advisor. Once the advisor became available, he located my vehicle paperwork and brought it to the cashier. I completed payment and left the dealership between 12:20 and 12:30 p.m. In total, I waited nearly two hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation. This experience did not reflect the level of service I have received in the past, and I am uncertain whether I will return for future service appointments. More
Have been purchasing cars from Advantage since the late 1970's. Have always received excellent service. The service dept. has also been great for vehicle maintenance. Brought my vehicle in for noise, Advantage told me it was the front hubs. I had them replace them. Driving home I heard a clunking noise, brought it back and they told me it was the front stabilizer bar. - A the front hubs. I had them replace them. NOW - brought the vehicle in because of check engine light, $416.00. Now 2 days later on our way for weekend trip, light goes back on. BACK TO THE SHOP. cancel the trip... More

Hanging out I get an emergency call about a project that needed someone onsite with in the hour. So I go and check on my truck’s oil change. It hasn’t been brought back yet and it’s been checked in now for fifty minutes. I told them I would have to cancel and come back another day. They gave me the keys to my truck. As I was leaving, I noticed the car that checked in just before me was still sitting in the parking lot as well. There’s no telling how long that lady had to wait for an oil change!! I’m not sure if I will go back there for an oil change again. It’s one thing to be busy. But when you’re the second person to check in the morning and the person in front of you still doesn’t have her oil change. What’s the point of making appointments?? Who wants to leave there car there all day for an oil change?? The lack of service and respect for the customers with a 90.00 oil change is ridiculous!! More
