Service writers are always very nice. Depending on the mechanic that services your vehicle the video will be a very short overview or a detailed, in depth overview of multiple components. We have purchased a new and a used car from Advantage. Paulo was our sales rep for both. He has helped many times throughout the year, with things that we needed. Both vehicles have been in for service Paulo was our sales rep for both. He has helped many times throughout the year, with things that we needed. Both vehicles have been in for service and the service department was efficient and fixed problems or did routine maintenance. We definitely would buy from them again and would recommend them to family and friends. We find the informational videos great as they let us know what is going on with our vehicles. More

I came in to get my oil changed as well as for the VIP event I was invited to specifically from the sales event. They were to check my car and give an estimated trade in value. I checked my car in, and we event I was invited to specifically from the sales event. They were to check my car and give an estimated trade in value. I checked my car in, and went to the receptionist asking for the VIP manager, in which I was told they would be with me in a few minutes. One hour later, my oil change was completed and no manager or sales Associate came or asked for me during that duration. I guess I wasn't considered VIP or important enough for their time. More
