What a great experience. I arrived a bit early for my oil change and tire rotation appointment. The Service Writer was very friendly and professional. About 30 minutes later, the work was complete, and my Tahoe was washed. When you pay for diagnostics of the charging system, starter, and battery you expect to see and report and test strip. Not that your battery failed and needs to be replaced. Bur he made sure he charged me and didn't care I was not happy. It's a shame he didn't take better care of me. We own 2 Chevy's and I was looking for a dealership closer to home and more convenient. We do ALL of our maintenance at the dealership. Not just oil changes. Brakes, tires, wipers, filters, brake fluid, power steering fluid, transmission service, front and rear diff service, and the transfer case. We spend a lot of money making sure our cars are reliable.
