The one time I did get someone to pick up the phone, they told me they'd look into my question and call me back with an answer. That was two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting on that call back! Not a great way to treat your customers. My biggest complaint is that they tried to sell me the CarBravo warranty for over $2,000 when it is clearly advertised as a selling point. For that reason alone, I will actively discourage people from patronizing this dealership. More
