I started my communication with this dealership through their texting service. I was under the impression the entire time that I was communicating with a salesperson named Sophia. This person made promises their texting service. I was under the impression the entire time that I was communicating with a salesperson named Sophia. This person made promises to ensure I would come in to the dealership. But once I got there, I was informed that she was simply a scheduling service who was not allowed to make those types of promises. To me, that is very clear cut bait and switch. I should have walked away at that point. One promise she made was that I would be in and out in an hour, I was there for four. “My sales manager has never lost a deal for not matching a trade-in price”, was another promise, yet the salesman pulled up a diagnostic machine image and more or less told me my car was garbage and there’s nothing more they can give me. Sophia promised I could keep my monthly payment at $300, I left at $363 and a refusal to hear any more of the deals I found to help lower my monthly payment by the manager and salesperson. "This is the point where we shake hands because we made a deal or shake hands because you leave" is what the salesman said to me. He also showed me on his computer “something I shouldn’t be showing you” to make me feel bad because they were already “losing money on this car”. Buddy, if you weren’t making any money at your massive car lot, said massive car lot wouldn’t exist. No need to be manipulative to someone you think isn’t as smart as you. I should have walked out. I was also committed to a specific vin number vehicle, and they sold it before I even got there! I drove over an hour to this dealership completely based off of the promises this person made. I have also never in my life been to a dealership where the sales manager never came out, shook my hand, introduced themselves, or thanked me for my time. I could not even tell you what the sales manager’s name was because they never showed their face. I honestly wish I had walked away. I lost sleep that night because I felt like I gave my business to the wrong people. The next morning, I was able to inspect the car and get to know the technology. Upon inspection, I realized that ALL FOUR tires were already at 34 psi when they should be at 41, after simply driving off the lot to my home the day before! There was GARBAGE shoved under the passenger seat and in the glove box! The $250 all weather floor mats they installed were quite literally thrown in on top of plastic coverings and they were very visibly used and dirty! There is a bright neon yellow STAIN on the back passenger side seat, from paint of some sort! And when I told the salesman all of this, his response was "I'm so embarrassed, I'll get you a free tank of gas if you ever want to come out here." Are you kidding me?! I just bought a brand new vehicle from you and you offer me a free tank of gas?!?! I want an APOLOGY and an offer to FIX THE MISTAKES YOU MADE!!! Why in the world should I be cleaning a brand new car and needing to fill the tires the day after I drive it off the lot?!?! One week later and now I can’t get the diagnostic alerts to stop because the tires keep going flat and I’ve barely hit 100 miles! Not only that, one of the guys behind the desk SCREAMED "mother xxxxer" several times when a friend of his walked through the door. Again, I should have walked out because that was within the first few minutes of even being at the dealership. I was just another sale and once I agreed to that sale, purely because I was exhausted from the entire car hunt process, I no longer mattered. The salesman was running around all types of hyper and rushed as if he had somewhere else to be. I am just so beyond gutted because I am a single female and car shopping is impossible because of this. I even shared a horrible experience with the salesman, and was still dismissed after the fact. I don't really know what else to say, other than, the stars given for this experience were generous. If I can ever help it, I will never return to this dealership. More

I am outraged by the way I was treated by my service advisor, Carolina, during my recent visit. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the most frustrating and disrespectful d advisor, Carolina, during my recent visit. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the most frustrating and disrespectful dealership experiences I have ever had. I brought in my 2016 Chevy Trax for an oil pan replacement after a drain bolt extraction attempt. I supplied the oil, filter, and a brand new drain bolt yet I was still charged for the very same parts I provided, except the oil. That is dishonest and unacceptable. Then I was quoted $1600 for the repair. Let’s call this what it is: price gouging. This is not a high performance Corvette or Camaro, it is an economy SUV. Charging over $200 per hour for labor on a basic Trax repair is absurd and insulting to any customer’s intelligence. As bad as the pricing was, the attitude was worse. After speaking with Carolina twice over the phone, I called a third time to ask about the warranty on the parts. Another employee answered and announced, “Patryk Kane is on the phone.” Carolina could then be heard in the background saying, “again?” That one word was dripping with disdain. It was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I should not be mocked or criticized for asking questions about a repair order that is just shy of $2000. The lack of respect and professionalism displayed by Carolina is appalling. Chevy claims to stand for customer trust and quality service, but my experience was the exact opposite. Between the inflated charges and the blatant disrespect, I left feeling humiliated and taken advantage of. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I expect the service manager to contact me immediately to address both the pricing practices and the unprofessional conduct of the service staff.
