This is the first time I had a so/so experience. had an appointment but my car sat out front for the first hour. 3 hours later it was done, but I got in the car and the check engine light was on. I stopped on the way home to checkout the. New Chevy Equinox in my search for an SUV.. I was greated by Pablo Bear as I entered the dealer. Each time I visit the service department I'm greeted like a friend they use my name they know who I am I look forward to bringing the car in...not so much when there's a bill! Each time I go in for service I wander through the new car showroom each and every time over the two years I've been coming to this dealership I'm always ignored by the sales staff they're either too busy deciding which donut to take out of the box or what text they need to send I'll get eye contact from a few and nothing more I would never buy a new car or refer anyone to this dealership for new car sales!
