Advantage Chevrolet performed a pre-purchase inspection for me on a car that was available from a non-Chevy dealership down the street. Their inspection was fairly detailed and provided me with the inform for me on a car that was available from a non-Chevy dealership down the street. I did have to dig a little when talking to the technician about the condition of the transmission and clutch (since I am out of state, I couldn't drive the car to see if it felt as though there were any wear concerns about such things). Finally, the price for the inspection was higher than any pre-purchase inspection I've had done before. I was pleased with the results of the inspection and the professional interaction with my contact at the dealership. More

2019 Silverado in for recall work, forgot to remove my lumbar support cushion...broken, had tires rotated....they did not reset tire pressure sensors....did not set correct pressure.....pressure on dash r lumbar support cushion...broken, had tires rotated....they did not reset tire pressure sensors....did not set correct pressure.....pressure on dash read out from front tires are actually on rear and vice/versa, asked for transmission shifting issue to be test drove....reported back that all was fine....even though GM is being sued in a class action suit for this very problem....internet is loaded with complaints and yet the service dept is either misleading customers or incompetent ....... bet there are numerous bulletins on this problem that the dealer is aware of. Will never set foot in this dealership again and nor will anyone I have influence with. More
