I had a great experience with Natalie at the Hodgkins dealership. She was able to make getting my wife's car installed with remote start an easy process! I went in to get my engine check light fixed and the tire pressure light fixed because it doesn’t turn off and brought my car in because I have a warranty on my car and not one thing was fixed on my car they pressure light fixed because it doesn’t turn off and brought my car in because I have a warranty on my car and not one thing was fixed on my car they told me my warranty didn’t cover anything because of the miles which I didn’t even put those miles on the car myself because I bought it second hand. Owen had told me my warranty was up because he was at the old owners warranty and as I tried all my options he said he will get back to me. I took my car in on Saturday and it is now Wednesday and haven’t heard from him since. Not only did I waste my time but when I went it knowing why my check engine light is on they told me they had to run the test themselves to see if it was something else just for them to tell me what I already knew what was wrong and had to pay $400 out of my pocket for nothing to get fixed with my car and no call back with what’s going on with my warranty. More
