I called and talked to a woman in service who helped me tremendously. She helped me check my warranty, set up a tow and assured me that they would take care of my car quickly. I recently had to bring my car in for service. My power steering went out. My contact person was Clinton. Due to the safety nature of my car issue, I was allowed to drop off my car immediately, although steering went out. My contact person was Clinton.
