Jeff explained the issues with my car and gave me a time line of 2-3 hrs. Unfortunately I was not given any updates, nothing about why it was taking longer. I was there for four hours and when the work was line of 2-3 hrs. Unfortunately I was not given any updates, nothing about why it was taking longer. I was there for four hours and when the work was done, another man came out to give me my bill because he said Jeff was busy. I didn’t get an explanation of the charges as they exceeded what I was expecting. I was disappointed in how the coupons/specials ended up being applied. I felt what I had should have given me more in deductions. And after spending over $1000, my car didn’t even get a car wash. More
