The instructions for “drop box” use were very confusing. Even the person who made my appointment wasn’t sure about the procedure. For hours after my missed appointment they FINALLY located my truck that was parked right by the service entrance. After all that nonsense they couldn’t fix the truck they sold me because they can’t do warranty work on a Ram 1500. Having said all that, Owen was able to speak to me like an adult, explained everything in detail and was very respectful. Nothing even close can be said for the mean person who took the initial call. Whoever that person is should NOT be in customer service. Constantly interrupting me when answering their questions, talking down to me - totally unacceptable. Owen and Rich in the service department are the bright spots here. More

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the mechanics PURPOSELY SABOTAGED my vehicle. I have the before video inspection showing absolutely NOTHING wrong but after the oil change the water the mechanics PURPOSELY SABOTAGED my vehicle. I have the before video inspection showing absolutely NOTHING wrong but after the oil change the water pump “gave out” instantly I couldn’t even drive it home!!! There were grinding noises, smoke coming from under the hood, and fluids leaking out everywhere!! Had to leave the vehicle overnight so they could look at it in the morning. Spoke with the manager and after another video was sent showing miraculously the oil pump “gave out”. I have the before and after videos as proof that this mechanic purposely sabotaged my truck. My truck was perfectly fine and brought in for an oil change and 2 hours later needed thousands of dollars in repair. I will never return to this place. I will tell everyone how you scammed me and I will be reporting this to my extended warranty company as well. You are scamming customers and the warranty company and they need to do an investigation. If it was the water pump why then did the serpentine belt get replaced and charged to the warranty company??? I should also report this to the local news because what you are doing is unlawful and you should be held accountable and stopped. More
