Only being 21 years old, I wasn't expecting the knowledge she had. I told her why I was there. Appoligized before the test drive. (Been a while since I drove a manual/stick shift!) She said...don't worry, no problem! The JEEP is amazing. Drove smooth and no...I didn't stall! Then again, much to my surprise, I was greeted by Terry, the General Manager. Now, I've had 15 cars at least in my life. Not once has the GM ever come over to make small talk and intoduce himself to me. Thanks Terry...you're such an asset to the business. And that shows by your choice of staff too. Wonderful place to buy a car! And Nicole & Terry made it all that much better!!! Couldn't have asked for anything to make my experience there any better! Love all you guys there...be prepared for a ton of referrals from me!!! Why only 5 stars? Where's the 10 or higher? Gotta love Chrysler Dodge in Mt. Dora Florida! And Nicole & Terry...once again. I avoided them until a family friend started working there. We had the trucked picked out knew the MSRP went to sit down and do a deal. Right off the bat the raise the MSRP.. but it gets more squirrely .. We already had 1.9 financing with credit union. they claimed they might do better. I gave them permission to run the 1 very best bank. My sons rating was at 760 ..... we continued talking numbers and then I realized they were still the same old dishonest dealership... we cut ties went our way.. then later found out these clowns ran his credit 8 times to try to match rate.. please feel free to email me with any questions. custombzk3@gmail.com My opinion DONT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS --- Dodge / Ram /Chrysler would be ashamed if they really knew how this dealership does business.. Unfair pricing. 32 hours, $1869.00 later for a check engine lite and two motor mounts?????? Changed PCM and replaced two mounts. I checked on youtube , and I could have replaced it for $199.00 for thePCM ( computer) in about 45minutes. My fault for trusting them I guess those motor mounts are made of GOLD. Shame on you Advantage Dodge. Will never own another Chrysler product. More

He told me to bring it in that day.i wanted to make sure as I was driving 60 miles one way to this shop. When I arrived I introduced myself and asked if he was ready to go for the test drive he said yes, we walked out to my truck and I was explaining issues with the truck and asked where can we get my truck up to 60 as this is where I'm getting the buffeting from the mirrors and the rearend shakes at this speed. He tells me he dosent have 30 min to go for a ride in my truck and that he didn't want to work on my truck to begin with at this point I simply asked why had Chrysler talked to them and they said to bring it in he reiterated that he wasn't working on my truck at this point I told him what I thought about him telling me to drive there and then refused to look at my truck I got in my truck to leave and he started beating on my truck window screaming at me seriously this is how we treat a disabled veteran I was a 14 year customer with dodge never again no one should be treated that way especially a disabled soldier with tranatic brain injury I had a panic attack due to there treatment of me customer service is non existent I tried to talk to the owner but the other employees refused to give me his info they directed me to a guy named Thomas who claimed to be a general manager he told me to bring my truck back on the 13th I called before I left and he told me to wait so he could make sure a different service manager was there to fix my truck he never called me back so I contacted Chrysler and jack calls me back to inform me that they will never service my vehicle this place is horrible I'm filling a bbb complaint as well More

Blatant Liars Was contacted by Advantage Chrysler/DODGE/Jeep Mount Dora, FL as part of the TrueCar/USAA Auto Buying Service. On email and phone, got sent back and Was contacted by Advantage Chrysler/DODGE/Jeep Mount Dora, FL as part of the TrueCar/USAA Auto Buying Service. On email and phone, got sent back and forth between 5 sales agents and managers, all asking the same information. Went in to place a factory order, paid the deposit, and asked for the Order Number. After 2 weeks of hounding them for an update, then talking to the Car Manufacturer's customer service, found out that the never put in the order. After the order had been put in, they came back to me with a price, which was several thousand dollars higher than the TrueCar certificate. After several emails and a talk with the GM, they grudgingly honored the TrueCar price. The vehicle came in 14 May, and I went to pick it up. I went into the finance office to finalize the paperwork, and everything there was based off of straight MSRP. I complained, showed them both the email from their own sales agent with the price we negotiated, and the stuff from the USAA/TrueCar website. At that point they badmouthed the program, called TrueCar a load of "BS", and no dealer would ever sell a car for the TrueCar price. I had emails that said they would. It took over 3 hours of going back and forth with the finance guy, manager, and another person before I got a number somewhat close to, but higher than what I was originally quoted. I'm still angry that they either blatantly lied to me, or didn't have the integrity to honor the original deal. What makes it worse is that the Manager is an Army Veteran, and screwed over fellow soldier. More
