Kim was patient as I was annoyed. My appointment was not on the schedule. Had to remind her about the oil change and tire rotation on top of the air bag recall which has been in eff My appointment was not on the schedule. Had to remind her about the oil change and tire rotation on top of the air bag recall which has been in effect since June of last year. I had to keep calling to see if they were still there. The back of the van was all torn apart. If they needed to work there at least put things back the way the way it found. At my age 73 a large dog bed that was on top of a tarp is not easy to put back. Needed to get help from a neighbor. Not at all happy with your service. More
