Horrible since the deveins I walked in! Made my appointment a month in advanced, I was promised a certain loaner car that didn’t happen. Then after I complained one magically appeared after they said they didn’t have anymore. And it still wasn’t what I was promised. Now to what my car was being serviced for. First the Apple car play keeps glitching, my rep said he has no solution for it. Now I paid $3000 for extra tire and rim warranty. After my rep claims, he was unable to get in contact with the insurance company to file the claim. He said my car is ready for pick up and there’s nothing that he can do and he did not perform any service on my car. This is unacceptable given that Warranty is good across the United States at any dealership and it is not my duty to figure out the claim process specially after I gave him my policy number and contract number. I then received a call from some lady who I have not dealt with and she said my car was ready for pick up even though no work was performed and I requested that my service rep give me a update and he never did. I had to contact my selling dealership to get in contact with this dealership and they walked them through the process and they still couldn’t figure it out, but then the finance manager from my selling dealership reached out to them and they magically were able to get in contact with tire and rim insurance company. I can go on and on it has honestly been the worst experience I have ever had in my life when dealing with a dealership service center. More

Service advisor Josephine was my advisor. She explained once we know what needs to be done she would contact me. Keith was also very responsive in providing me with additional help with my oil and air filter change. Even upon picking up my car, the cashier was pleasant and the car attendant was speedy in getting my car returned to me.
