Patrick was very nice and didn't try to oversell like they did the last time. I feel like I waited a little too long and I didn't appreciate having to watch Fox News. They’re very polite and the service department when I showed up help me right away to do the night drop and Erin was very understandable. She showed me how to fill everything out then they called me and asked me exactly what mean to be done and I told them and they called and they said what I needed a few things done and I said OK and they had the car ready when I asked her to just a little hard to get through to them.
