I have had terrible customer service between my sales rep. And Frank, the finance manager and also Leanne in customer service. I still do not have any definitive proof that my Pennsylvania registration has been filled-out correctly instead of filling in my Driver's license number. Someone, either frank or the girls in the back put my social security number and the issue state was New York, not Pennsylvania. No one has responded to my emails or phone calls, I still do not know if I'm driving illegally. I do not have a piece of paper for the temporary tag. At this point, I'm gonna have to cool. Or file for the Better Business Bureau. This is not professional. The thought of the extra charges to register my vehicle, it's ridiculous. The the finance manager refused to let me register my vehicle in PA,( just transferring my registration) as I always have in the past. I should have just went through my credit union and not hyundai finance. More

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! !! The Palisade was my original choice, but I felt the urge to check out the Jeep Grand Cherokee to confirm there’s no competition. Indeed, there w !! Friday evening, Sunny remained at the dealership 2 hours AFTER his scheduled hours for me to come in and explore my options. We completed the basic paperwork, and I told him my limit. Put my deposit down, then left. Saturday, I was a little disappointed because the SEL Premium was not in stock at this location. I went to Jeep to see about the Grand Cherokee, but then, Haitham and Sunny completed a mission impossible and got the SEL Premium at the dealership within 3 hours!!! I was called, and I immediately left the Jeep Smith Haven dealership (The salesmen there had no experience, so it was easier to leave). Fast signing, car detailed and inspected before my arrival. Did I stay at my monthly limit, no (but it was very close to it). Monthly payment also included full coverage of the car for 3 years, so it was worth every penny. Overall, Sunny, I owe you more customers. Haitham, I owe you Maryland blue crab 😊!!! THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME OBTAIN MY DREAM CAR. More
