ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM VALLEY STREAM ADVANTAGE TOYOTA. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership in just six months because I trusted Jason based on my first experience. Un TOYOTA. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership in just six months because I trusted Jason based on my first experience. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. Before finalizing the purchase, I asked Jason if there was any way he could get me lifetime access to the Toyota Remote Connect app without having to pay the subscription. He agreed and even confirmed it in our text messages, so I had every reason to believe he would follow through. The moment the deal was completed, everything changed. When I contacted him afterward about what he had agreed to, he completely switched up. Instead of honoring what he told me, he brushed me off and said, “Go figure it out and let me know.” That’s not the kind of customer service you expect, especially as a returning customer purchasing my second vehicle from this dealership within six months. Jessica was also involved during the sales process, and overall I left feeling that once the paperwork was signed, keeping promises to the customer was no longer a priority. I also spoke with the sales manager, Shermica Malcolm, regarding the situation. Rather than trying to resolve the issue professionally, I found her attitude dismissive and unprofessional. During our conversation, she told me, “Make sure you write my name in the review. I’ll just get it deleted.” I found that response concerning and completely inappropriate from someone in a management position. The issue isn’t just the remote app subscription—it’s making promises to earn a sale and then backing away afterward. I have the text messages showing what was agreed to, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I will never return to Valley Stream Advantage Toyota, and I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. If you decide to buy a vehicle here, make sure every promise is documented and honored before you sign anything. More

Made and appointment for oil change and for a recall repair. Confirmed my appointment the day before and specified it was also to address the recall on my vehicle. I was told by the service agent that they were not doing recall repairs until the 3rd quarter. I waited for the oil change. I left the Advantage Toyota service at 12:15 pm. Three hours for an oil change. If I didn’t inquire multiple times about the status of my vehicle, it probably would have been a longer wait. Never going back to them again More
