This time I had the worst experience ever. I was told on the phone, That there is no extra charge for tire rotation. It’s done free of charge with the oil change. On the day of my appointmen I was told on the phone, That there is no extra charge for tire rotation. It’s done free of charge with the oil change. On the day of my appointment, I had Mr. James as an advisor. Whom, in my opinion needs to work on his customer service abilities a little bit…(I’ll leave it at that). He wanted to charge me extra $79.99 for The tire rotation -Which I find out that Mavis Discount tire, Pep-boys and Midas do it for free with an oil change service. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the name of the Toyota service advisor who told me that There will be no extra charge for tire rotation. I asked to speak to the manager who did not care and told me if you don’t have the name of the person who told you that information I cannot help you. And doesn’t have time for me ( very nice) so I took my car and left. Very, very disappointed. I have Three Toyotas, And I’ve been taking them for service for many years. More

Courteous staff all around. I worked with Jermaine and he is a class act.
