Originally purchased a car from Advantage, so I figured I’d use this service too. One visit promised shuttle service but no shuttle. Free car washes with service if you purchase at Advantage but never got a car wash. No loaner cars when my thermostat went after only 20,000 miles. Sur charge for paying bill with a credit card. After buying my car from them you would expect they would provide better service. Very disappointing. More
