Where do I start?? Sold me an extended warranty without explanation after telling me it was part of the normal process. They also did not disclose that there were other contract I guess because those were explanation after telling me it was part of the normal process. They also did not disclose that there were other contract I guess because those were cheaper. Took my car for the first servicing and after 6hrs they gave me paperwork stating it was completed. Found out 2 weeks later they lied. 8 months after buying the car and $4,000 for a service contract, found out the battery was defective and they wanted to charge me for a new battery. They make the Toyota brand look bad and i would NEVER recommend Advantage Toyota!!! More

During a scheduled maintenance of my Rav4 2021 with 8k miles, mechanic found nail in tire and tried to sell me a new tire for approx $300+ "depending on my payment options." Instead, I went to Hewlett Hou miles, mechanic found nail in tire and tried to sell me a new tire for approx $300+ "depending on my payment options." Instead, I went to Hewlett House of Tires to get a second opinion that same day. The nail was located in the middle of the tire and "an easy fix", and they balanced the tire for a grand total of $45. More
