The person who took care of me said it would take between 4-5 hours to put in the new part as well as do the basic servicing. In about 3 and a half hours, he came to look for me and said the job was comple 4-5 hours to put in the new part as well as do the basic servicing. I had a very rude Service Advisor...James Dussap whom I reported to the Service manager... Xavier. Then I decided to change my vehicle & get a lease. I went to Salesman Basil Rabie because I knew him throu reported to the Service manager... Xavier. Then I decided to change my vehicle & get a lease. I went to Salesman Basil Rabie because I knew him through my Son. I was hurt & disappointed that he chose to lie & deceive me out of a lot of money. My Son left me there to go into work so Basil Rabie & Jessica Gipson...financial Advisor took advantage of my aging sick demeanor to change the numbers on my contract after my Son left to benefit themselves. Jessica would not allow me time to read nor would she explain what was on the documents she keep rushing me to sign them. She kept telling me to hurry up because she had 3 other people waiting to see her. When my Son called me so he could ask for a screen shot of the documents she got upset & sent 1 page. She rushed me to hand over my Son credit card before I'd a chance to speak with him. This was totally WRONG! I'm going to contact the proper authority to report the deceptive practices that I experienced at your Dealership! More
