I waited over 4 hours for my car to be serviced... but I was disappointed with no oil change... even though my car was at that 5300 mileage... WHY was it not changed? I was under the impression it was( the was disappointed with no oil change... even though my car was at that 5300 mileage... WHY was it not changed? No communication. It took 2 days for service to be completed. No updates. Wrong completion time given. I had to wait 8 hours on the second day for my vehicle. No updates. The person who took care of me said it would take between 4-5 hours to put in the new part as well as do the basic servicing. In about 3 and a half hours, he came to look for me and said the job was comple 4-5 hours to put in the new part as well as do the basic servicing. In about 3 and a half hours, he came to look for me and said the job was complete.
