The dealership is probably a marvelous place, but James Dussap, a service advisor, was the most horrendous advisor I have ever encountered, including Toyota competitors whom I have dealt with throughout th Dussap, a service advisor, was the most horrendous advisor I have ever encountered, including Toyota competitors whom I have dealt with throughout the years.
