Service rep was not knowledgeable, also rude. Wasted my time. He told me that My seatbelt was broken and They weren’t responsible. Told me to go home because It would take all day for repair, the Wasted my time. He told me that My seatbelt was broken and They weren’t responsible. I had to pay 25$ in Uber fees for absolutely no reason. Very argumentative and arrogant. More
