The agent did not communicate with me that after a certain time the service department would be closed and I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car. After showing up around 5pm I asked why that wasn’t com certain time the service department would be closed and I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car. After showing up around 5pm I asked why that wasn’t communicated with me and he said “you said you were coming” which is not true because I was still at work. I can accept partial responsibility for this miscommunication because I also could have asked for the hours. Then when I picked up my car the following morning my car was making a screeching sound. I immediately brought the car back and the agent brought it to the technician - after about 15 minutes I was handed my keys with no explanation. Upon requesting an explanation I was told that “it appears the belt had come loose” - the belt that was just placed in the car less than 24 hours ago had “come loose”. I believe it was never securely put in to begin with. I also feel that customers shouldn’t have to ask for things that should willingly be communicated. More

The facility is clean and safe and spacious with close access to the local mall. We were greeted well, quickly and felt extremely welcome. I worked with William as my Advisor. All the work on my car was explained clearly and I was given the option to repair it now or wait 6 months for certain minor things. There was No pressure and all my maintenance service items was done in a reasonable timeframe. I am Thankful for the courtesy car wash, huge waiting area, coffee and tea service while I waited for my car to get a routine maintenance service. I was satisfied. More

Hi Frantz, James was a friendly and welcoming service advisor. Enjoyed our small talk and reassured me that my vehicle was in good hands. Unfortunately the customer waiting lounge was not the same exp advisor. Enjoyed our small talk and reassured me that my vehicle was in good hands. Unfortunately the customer waiting lounge was not the same experience, and neither my son or I "were in good hands". I was appalled by the fact that there was no changing table available for me and my son to use while we waited for our vehicle to be serviced. Instead we had to find our way while we used the accessible stall. Although I'm sure the bathrooms are kept clean regularly, it is still EXTREMELY unsanitary to not have a changing station to adequately change my child's diaper. I had to sit on the toilet while I changed him on my lap! No family should have to go through this embarrassment and unsanitary conditions. I would assume a dealership that sells Family sized vehicles would have a space to change diapers safely and within correct conditions, but I was utterly disappointed and angered by the fact I was wrong. I ENCOURAGE Advantage Toyota to change this as soon as possible for the well-being of the countless families they service on a DAILY BASIS. And hope that for my next service within 6 months (or 5,000 miles) I see a station where I can change my son's diaper without having to sit on a toilet seat or take up the small space between the sinks. More
