Service rep was not knowledgeable, also rude. Wasted my time. He told me that My seatbelt was broken and They weren’t responsible. Told me to go home because It would take all day for repair, the Wasted my time. He told me that My seatbelt was broken and They weren’t responsible. Told me to go home because It would take all day for repair, then called me 1 hr later and told me that they didn’t have the part available and I should come back to get my car. I had to pay 25$ in Uber fees for absolutely no reason. Very argumentative and arrogant. More
