Thanks for your timely response however that is why I allocated a day to come in and have the issue fixed in the first place because I thought you guys would resolve the issue. However, it wasn’t resolved and now I have to take another day off work to come in for the exact same issue. Which is double the time to fix one problem that could have been resolved from the get go. So during my second visit for the same issue, am I going to have to wait online again? Who’s compensating me for my time? I expected better from you guys, how can I be certain the issue will be resolved during my second visit?
