The wait was very long. The finance department definatley did not give you options when it come to choosing financing. They definately push you to use Toyota. I had my vehicle serviced previously at this location with no issues, but my August 12th experience was awful. After waiting for 3 hours with no one even looking at the vehicle I was told that my vehicle with no issues, but my August 12th experience was awful. When the appointment was confirmed on the 11th the agent asked me if I was aware that the service was a drop off. I told her NO and as the facility did not provide free transportation to my home address she said she would change it. It was only after asking Mr. Cobb for the second time about the time the vehicle would be ready that he told me it was a drop off service. My effort to reach a manager was futile. I was given an incorrect diagnostic (total of $250) for my AC system where the technician stated I needed a new compressor at an estimate of $1500 + tax. I went to a different dealer when in fact all I nee my AC system where the technician stated I needed a new compressor at an estimate of $1500 + tax. I went to a different dealer when in fact all I needed was a new clutch compressor for the AC system and is now all fixed. I’m very disappointed in the service as I feel they were trying to take advantage of me. More

My service rep was great did a 15,000 mile service when I got home only to realise that the mechanic who worked on my Highlander did not replace the guard under the front right wheel properly and it was rubb got home only to realise that the mechanic who worked on my Highlander did not replace the guard under the front right wheel properly and it was rubbing against the wheel when I drive. I have no idea what that had to do with my service that the mechanic had to touch it. also the fluids was not top off as promised in the contract. More
