Just horrible experience overall. Poor communication overpriced in comparison to other Toyota service centers. I left my car gave the advisor my number seen visually him write it down Poor communication overpriced in comparison to other Toyota service centers. I left my car gave the advisor my number seen visually him write it down then he email me 3:33 saying he cannot reach me via phone. In his email he failed to mention he will be closing in 27 mins and I need to come get my car. When I called front desk person stated I have to pick it up the next day thank god for sale manager that helped me get my keys. When I got my paperwork I see 516 number listed as my contact that is not my number so of course he couldn’t reach me but moreover I reiterated my number before I left. And if he have the correct email contacting me 27 minutes before closing is unacceptable. This is my first and last time at this location as I typically go to Hempstead (amazing team) to patch a tire at Hempstead was $35 and at this location I was offered almost double the price. Why would I pay double for the same service from the same company? It’s not like Beyoncé the one fixing the car just doesn’t make sense. Then when I asked about shuttle service the advisor said they only go within 3 miles. I’ve received shuttle from Hempstead toyota to queens from bmw Freeport to queens. And I’ve never ran across this type of customer service with such limitations. Overall this is not for me. More
Service was as expected. Nothing out of the ordinary. Waited 2 hours for regular maintenance which is acceptable.
