The waiting time for getting 4- brand new tires installed & wheel alignment on my Toyota Highlander took over 4 hours .. it’s terrible waste of time .. I was in and out in two hours. ALL the staff were VER professional. It was quite amazing customer service from driving the car into the shop and meeting Celine (not sure if I spell ALL the staff were VER professional. It was quite amazing customer service from driving the car into the shop and meeting Celine (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) all the way through waiting in the very comfortable lounge area (got a lot of work done) and out the door by the Valet Parking service. Top-of-the-line customer service for sure. More
