Advantage Toyota Valley Stream - Service Center

I bought car at advantage Toyota 4 years ago, and the dealer take care of maintenance, but my last service was over price , I went to change my brake cuz they suggested me to changed the brakes , however dealer take care of maintenance, but my last service was over price , I went to change my brake cuz they suggested me to changed the brakes , however, when I went there , they told me to change brakes and rotors also , cost $1400, and plus oil change , total cost $1505, when I’m about to pay, in te computer the price was $1171, the advisor said that was mistake , it’s suppose $1505, then I went to cashier , she also saw that the price in computer and the paper was different, anyway … I paid $1505, I though it was overprice and also too early to change my rotor , it should be fine for another a year or two , More

I was totally impressed with the level of service received at the dealership. From start to finish I was amazed because the staffs were all courteous and dedicated to their work. Same issue had to go back twice. Still not fixed. First rime part replaced was faulty. Second part replaced went bad..PRND switch sensor issue. Check engine light is on. Going again Still not fixed. Took my Tundra for a simple engine oil and filter change,…Auto Technician only put about 5 quarts instead of 9. Do not Bring your vehicle to this dealer for service.
