I am not satisfied with your system of making appointments. I have twice experienced having an appointment for a particular service only to get there and find out that the service could not be p appointments. This causes a great inconvenience and a waste of money. You must make every effort to do better in this regard. More

I AM WAITING ON RESPONSE FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF MY DAMAGE RUNNING BOARD. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PROMISED TO CALL ME IN FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT TO DATE I HAVE NO RESPONSE. I TOOK PHOTO OF IT BEFORE I TOOK RUNNING BOARD. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PROMISED TO CALL ME IN FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT TO DATE I HAVE NO RESPONSE. I TOOK PHOTO OF IT BEFORE I TOOK IN FOR SERVICE.
