James Dussap took care of me when I needed to bring my car in. He left me a message when the car was ready, but I didn't realize it was just before closing time for the service department. I hopped on the car in. He left me a message when the car was ready, but I didn't realize it was just before closing time for the service department. I hopped on the next train but by the time I got there, everyone was gone and the lights were off. Luckily for me, James was still there! He got my paperwork and literally searched all around the lot to find my car so I was able to go home with it. Much appreciated, James!!! My only complaint is regarding the unavailability of the shuttle car service that is supposedly available in the morning. Nothing was offered when I dropped the car off and even though I asked about it, I never received a call saying it's available. You either offer the service or you don't, and if you do, there has to be a better way to stay in communication with the driver. More
