Customer service was terrible. The dealer charged me for an alignment I did not actually need and then broke my alignment while he was "fixing it" They also broke my infotainmen The dealer charged me for an alignment I did not actually need and then broke my alignment while he was "fixing it" They also broke my infotainment, lane-keeping assist, and cruise control features. And to put a cherry on top they also made the car dirty and added a last-minute 3% "convenience fee". No wonder he couldn't look me in the eye. Go anywhere else. More
Although the service is really nice I feel I received conflicting information upon driving in yo the service center. When you drive in they measure whether your vehicle needs an alignment or not. I came in for an oil change and an alignment if necessary. The first reading gave a green rating on the front tires and no rating for the rear tires. When the personnel drive my car through again the front tires showed in need of alignment - red and the rear green. Not sure what is happening but I don't have the confidence that their reading is on point. Especially as my rear tires were severely worn as a result of this dealerships wheel alignment. I think I will take care of wheel alignments somewhere else going forward. I would like an explanation for the difference from management. More
Good dealership but the mechanic that worked on my car was terrible. I have been a customer since 2016 and never had a problem. On May 13th I had an appointment for 8:30 am for maintenance and I paid for was terrible. I have been a customer since 2016 and never had a problem. On May 13th I had an appointment for 8:30 am for maintenance and I paid for ALL the fluids to be tapped UP and my coolant and windshield wiper fluid was left on low. Then when I tried to use my windshield wiper fluid it was not working. I called and brought the car back and when they checked it they said there was another problem. I told them I would wait for it it to be checked but I was told to make another appointment. Now if I paid for maintenance that should include tapping up all the fluids in my car and checking to make sure everything is working. The mechanic that worked on my car clearly did not do that. When I looked under the hood of my car my engine is dirty and needs to be cleaned. I also was not told about that. The mechanics need to be retrained or evaluated because the one that worked on my car did not care at all. More
