I had an awesome experience overall! Lisa and her team were able to work a miracle with my circumstance! I went in there knowing that my car trade would leave me heavily upside down and at one point I fel were able to work a miracle with my circumstance! I went in there knowing that my car trade would leave me heavily upside down and at one point I felt hopeless but they were able to really help me out, my payment ended up a little cheaper considering my situation and I got the car I wanted! I was left feeling like I was robbed by the service department. I have being going to Al Hendrickson for years to purchase vehicle and servicing. This is the first time my warranty has expired with a v department. I have being going to Al Hendrickson for years to purchase vehicle and servicing. This is the first time my warranty has expired with a vehicle so I didn't know this is how the service department operates. My previous service before August 4th was in Jan 2020. I was not told then, that the warranty on my battery was up. If I were told I would request a new battery then. I was given a pass on everything as per the service department. Imagine my shock in just six months when I returned, to be told everything has failed inspection. All because the warranty on the vehicle has expired. I was given a failed report with cost of repair in excess of $700 plus. In this time of the pandemic what does Al Hendrickson service department want to do? Kill me!! I am no mechanic, but if everything has gone bad, there should have been signs before now. I just took my vehicle in because I was contacted by the service department that it's time for servicing. On the report it even stated that they had to drum start my battery, which was absolutely untrue. I have no problem starting my vehicle then and now. When I asked Jarrett about it, he said it's just a code that they used for billing. He Jarrett, did not like me asking questions about not being told about the warranty being up in January when I was in for yet another service. He was getting an attitude with me. Usually he was in my opinion, a very professional and helpful person,but he was getting borderline snappy when I was asking questions about all the failed inspection. This makes me wonder if they are really servicing customers vehicle as contracted to do when under warranty, or just waiting until Warranty is up to go for the big bucks. Needless to say, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for an inspection because you are not trust worthy, and my life and the lives of my families and friends are at risk here. This is too much of a coincidence that everything has failed inspection just as the warranty on the vehicle expired. Beware Al Hendrickson customers when your warranty expires and you have to service. More

They sent me away in my truck with the wrong VIN, year and mileage. Completely incompetent. From the sales guy to the manager that came in to give me his bs talk about how the internet price was the bes and mileage. Completely incompetent. From the sales guy to the manager that came in to give me his bs talk about how the internet price was the best he could do. Then dropped it more. I asked why they didn't fix minor dents. His answer was some dent place could fix it for $150. They do high volume and move vehicles quickly. Good enough. But then he said we don't have time to do those minor things. If small dents are minor to a buyer, but I will digress. I told him I was walking away from the deal. He said fine, we can sit on it 3 to 4 weeks. So much for moving vehicles quickly. I have much more. Just absolutely bad place. More
