Awesome!! That is a word I would use to describe my service at Al Hendrickson. Chris Kulazidis, my service writer, took it upon himself to make sure I received good service. When they did not repair my vehicle as expected, he brought in Fred Mohi and had him drive me to hear exactly what I was complaining about. They set up an appointment and his team took care of the issue. Al Hendrickson Jr you need to give that man a raise. He has restored my faith in dealership maintenance.😊😊😊 More

general check-up I took the car in mainly for a check on the tire pressure light that wouldn't go off; it was fixed. Also had an oil change. Service was fine. What was not fine was the very long wait to get the shuttle ride back to my house which was only a mile away, and the crowded conditions in the waiting room; people were not six feet apart. Otherwise, everything was okay, but I will never take my car in again on a Saturday! More

Made appointment for afternoon on condition that I be driven home while service was performed. I do not like the Hendrickson Toyota was not customer friendly before Covid-19. Now it is no place for anyone who values their health. Took car to service dept. Service manager told me that the issue could be resolved in one hour. He did not want to have someone drive me home only to get me very quickly thereafter. I told him that I had to be home by a certain time when I had an engagement. He kept his promise.Staff found and remedied the tire issue, changed oil, did other service tasks. Car was ready in the one hour promised. Service was satisfactory. I did not get any viruses in the waiting room. Mask helps I am sure. Service was free because it was included in the purchase of the car. Everything very satisfactory. More

I had a terrible experience. Service was sort of rude and when I got my car back they told me I need a new windshield wipers brand new windshield wipers were put on the week before also they said nothing abo when I got my car back they told me I need a new windshield wipers brand new windshield wipers were put on the week before also they said nothing about my tires however my tire were a little bald and I was waiting for a quote on them also I had sales rep basically bully me into coming in for them to give me a better percent interest rate and put me in a new car After finally giving it a lost my entire day.
