Low tire light on. Wanted to get rotation. Was told the tire pressure sensor needed replacement and rear brakes pads were worn thin. Also noticed A/C belt and cabin filter were changed. What began as a free rotation offer ended as a bill for nearly $800. Someone was able to take me home to wait and pick me up when repairs were completed. More

The Salesman are annoying. Driver picked me up late to pick up my car I arrived to a closed service dept no car key was left. Unacceptable. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication Chris K. was pick up my car I arrived to a closed service dept no car key was left. Unacceptable. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication Chris K. was dry and actually made no attempt to help me when I arrived telling me there were two Chris’s instead of trying to look up my information he waited til someone verified that he was my rep before he assisted me. Rude. But we don’t have many choices of Toyota dealerships in broward so I’m stuck going back to this location for service again. Not looking forward to my next service visit. Hopefully Chris K. won’t be my service rep. No personality . More
