Unfortunately I was told my transmission pan needed replacing as it was leaking and could cause major problems. They said $600 to fix. Beyond Terrible Customer Service I needed to write this review because of how poorly I think my experience was today. My service consultant was Shedrick Anderson, who I learnt was a m I needed to write this review because of how poorly I think my experience was today. My service consultant was Shedrick Anderson, who I learnt was a manager, and I thought he was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I came in because my Camry, which I bought brand new in 2018, had a very weak start. After the analysis, I was told it was a battery problem. Now I understand that he has to make his sale but he told me the battery would be $304 dollars with a 6 year warranty and which I refused because I believed that to be too much. When I went back to pick up my car, not a single person tried helping me out with obtaining my car. I finally was able to see Shedrick and he just brushed me off and said "keys inside" and just looked down back at his device. I get that because I didn't get the service completed at Toyota, he could care less because that's the exact reaction which I received from him, which I thought was beyond unprofessional but then I went and changed my battery and realized that the mechanism to hold down the battery was not screwed down tightly enough which caused the battery to be shaky. This I know happened while the car was at Toyota because I checked the battery before leaving my house this morning and it was not shaky. Moral of all of this is that I don't want to come back to this location to get any services completed on my car because of the poor service and attitudes of some of the individuals within the Service department. I literally stood in place for about 10 minutes before having to walk up to someone and them just giving me the response, "just wait over there." I don't think this is a fair representation of Toyota which is a brand that I love but I've received very poor service at this location on multiple occasions and I just needed to get this off my chest. Some service representatives there really do need better guidance and training on treating customers better because it seems like all they care about at the ending of the day is making the sale by selling whatever service they need to sell and genuinely not caring about the consumer. Sorry I don't typically like to complain about anything but this was just something I really needed to relay. I also relayed this message to Shelby Parker and literally got no response which proves my point even more about how poor customer service is represented at this location. More

Emailed Out the door price changed at dealership. Be wary. I found a car on cars.com listed for 11,500. I spoke to a sales person asking for an out the door price. He emailed me a total of $13,593. Ok I expected that. Plus a $559 “electronic registration filing fees. Which is a new one to me. I have to say that did not surprise me too much because I thought the price was low, but still a pretty sleezey thing to do imo. But that was not the worst of it. I made it clear I wanted an out the door price. When I arrived at the dealership and was finalizing the deal. The sales guy shows me a price of $13,953 instead of $13,593. He said it was a mistake when they sent me the price. I asked if they would honor the quote and they said no. Are you keeping tabs? Besides the ridiculous $600 for electronic registration fees, they than tagged on their “mistake” of an additional $400. Sorry but that is BS. I made it clear I wanted a true OTD price because it was a long drive there. Moral of the story don’t trust them. They lied to me and would not stand by their emailed quote. I still bought the car because my daughter loved it and to be honest with you I was tired of shopping so I gave in. But it was a disappointing experience. The sad part is, I liked my sales guy and probably would have been recommending Al Hendrickson. But their pretend “typo” in the quote is just too much for me to overlook. Bad taste in my mouth. All this for $400? And you just lost a future customer. Or in the least I will never trust them again and will tell my friends the same. What a shame. More
Professional,efficient,safe I leased this car over the phone as I am a senior citizen with health issues. Great service but awful salesman during tire change The service center was stellar but while doing my service someone tried to rip me off a car I already got ripped off on.
